After an incredible 2024 season, which saw Xander Schauffele take home the PGA Championship and Open Championship trophies, he was sidelined due to injury for the first couple months of the 2025 season.

As a result, instead of being an exciting encore to his best season, 2025 felt like more of a get-right year for Schauffele.

He played well enough to make the Ryder Cup team, but didn’t notch any wins - until this weekend in Japan.

Schauffele closed with a smooth 64 at the Baycurrent Classic to win by a single shot over Max Greyserman.

The victory marks his 10th career PGA TOUR title, making him the 119th player to reach that milestone.
