Good afternoon. Every year at the Players Championship, Jay Monahan gives an annual press conference, and every year he plays the role of the politician perfectly. You know, giving answers that don’t actually answer anything, repeating the company lines, etc. This year was no different.

Except for one thing - the PGA Tour has announced their Fan Forward initiative, which includes four big changes they will be implementing after soliciting feedback from fans (finally!). You can read the details about them here. They cover four major points; delivering more golf per minute, maximizing drama on every hole, making players more relatable, and giving every event purpose.
