The 7 year drought is over.

The 19th Solheim Cup wrapped up on Sunday at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club with Team USA securing victory over Europe, finishing at 15½ to 12½.

Coming into the singles matches, the U.S. held a 10-6 lead, but Europe fought back fiercely, narrowing the score to 14-11 with just three matches left.

The winning point came when U.S. standout and World No. 2 Lilia Vu stuffed her approach shot in the final match, earning a crucial half-point that clinched the cup for the U.S. for the first time since 2017.

Patton Kizzire Wins Procore Championship

Another drought ended Sunday at the Procore Championship for Patton Kizzire

This win ended his streak of 176 events without a triumph, dating back to his back-to-back victories in Mexico and Hawaii between late 2017 and early 2018.

At 20-under, he ended the tournament five shots clear of David Lipsky and one shot shy of Sahith Theegala’s tournament record from last year.

None of the guys playing in The Presidents Cup this week truly contended.
