PGA Championship: The Leaderboard Is Stacked

We love the setup at Aronimink this week. It’s putting up a good fight, challenging the worlds best, and it’s producing interesting golf shots.

You know who doesn’t like it?

Rory McIlroy.

"I think a bunched leaderboard like this, I think it's a sign of a not-great setup...it hasn't really enabled anyone to separate themselves. It's easy to make a ton of pars...it feels like bogey's the worst score you're going to shoot on any one hole."

The fans seem to be loving it, the Philly crowd has been engaged, and nobody wants to see the John Deere Classic during a major, so we disagree with Rory there.
