Good Morning. Which Philly golf course does LeBron play first?

If You Struggle In Bunkers, Just Do This Before Every Shot

Do bunker shots make you nervous before you’ve even started your swing?

Perhaps you’re worried about thinning the ball into the face, leaving it in the sand or hitting it far too long. The frustrating part is that you might occasionally hit a lovely bunker shot — but you’re never quite sure what you did differently.

PGA TOUR Makes Funny Tweet For Once

Still shocked that The TOUR posted a meme, but I guess things really are changing under Brian Rolapp.

Golfers Are Sick, Sick People

Quick Update: 3M Open

Yesterday, Michael Kim shot a 59. It was just the 15th in PGA TOUR history.

Michael Kim is a unique personality in professional golf, as he’s probably the most active current player on social media.

He posts on X (formerly Twitter) pretty much every day, which almost no other TOUR players do.

And he’s a great follow.

Beyond the fact that he regularly gives away tour bags, merch, and other goodies, he offers great insight and perspective as a "regular Joe" on TOUR (he's currently the world No. 57).

As soon as I saw the 59, I knew he'd have a thread breaking it down after the round, and of course he delivered.

His 59 vaulted him into solo first at 14-under, three shots clear of the players in second, and 7 shots ahead of Scottie Scheffler, but I'll be interested to see how he fares this weekend.

Of the other 14 rounds of 59 in PGA TOUR history, only five went on to win the tournament in which they shot it.

How To Watch The Action This Weekend

Golf Channel’s got coverage from 1-3 p.m. ET, then CBS takes over from 3-6 p.m. ET.

with Bark

Not a Smartphone. Better.

Back-to-school season is coming. And for a lot of dads, that means one question is about to get louder: "Can I get a phone?"
The Bark Phone is built for exactly that moment. With the Starter Plan, your kid gets a phone that actually grows with them. It starts with just calls and texts to the people you approve. As they get older, you can upgrade the plan and adjust what they can access, so the phone grows with them on your timeline.

No handing over the whole internet on day one. No losing sleep over what they're stumbling into.
And the Bark Watch is worth a look if they're not quite ready for a phone at all. Location tracking, calls to approved contacts, that's it.

Right now, Caddyshanks readers get $30 off a Bark Phone or Bark Watch with code DADDAY30. Not a bad back-to-school answer.

How Did Michael Kim Putt So Well? The Stack System

Michael Kim just putted the lights out during his 59, and Matt Fitzpatrick is having one of the best seasons of his career.

They both use the stack system.

The guy who invented it had a good thread on X breaking it down, but suffice to say - if you want to improve your putting, you may want to check out The Stack System.

That’s A Wrap…

Before you go: just a few questions for ya.
