Good Morning. In a year filled with crazy golf stuff, yesterday was maybe the craziest day yet, and we’re only halfway through the second major. The second round was delayed due to darkness and finished up this morning with a few notables on the cut line.

It’s like groundhogs day around here.
Xander Schauffele leads the PGA Championship and the off-course insanity never ends.
Yesterday morning:
A shuttle hit and killed a patron, which caused a huge traffic jam for everyone heading to the course. Some players walked.
As you undoubtedly know by now, the world’s number one player was arrested in his attempt to circumvent that traffic jam, booked, and quickly released. Here’s what Scottie Scheffler did in jail.
We haven’t even talked about the actual golf yet…
Xander Schauffele has grabbed and held the lead at The Players Championship, the Wells Fargo Championship, and now the PGA Championship. He’s played as well and as consistently as anyone on Tour (besides Scottie Scheffler, of course).
The question is… can he finally close one out? Like, seriously?
What About Everyone Else?
Collin Morikawa is in sole second place at 11-under. Our Rithmm top-ten pick of the week, Sahith Theegala, is in solo third at 10-under.
Scottie Scheffler, Bryson DeChambeau, Mark Hubbard, and Thomas Detry are all T-4 and 9-under. Just behind them in the 7/8-under range, you’ve got Brooks Koepka, Viktor Hovland, and Hideki Matsuyama among others.
It should be a great weekend of major championship golf.
