The 25 year old Australian native got off to a dicey start, watching a three shot lead over his playing partner, Rikuya Hoshino, turn into a tie after the first two holes.

Lee, dubbed by Hypegolf as The Golfer Of The Future, bounced back with three birdies and a chip-in eagle from 55 yards at the ninth. He finished three-under (68) on the round and twenty-under-par for the tournament.

What about everyone else?

Notably, Cam Smith missed the cut while defending his title, shooting nine-over-par.

He was definitely upset by his play, but was still kind enough to hang out and sign autographs for kids afterward, for what it’s worth.

Riyuka Hishino finished in 2nd place, with Australians Mark Leishman and Curtis Luck taking 3rd and 4th.

Joaquin Niemann, who made an ace this weekend, finished in 5th.
